Most dialysis tubing is permeable to all of the items you have listed.

Starch the name for a variety of naturally occuring polymers. Some will have high molecular weights and some will have low molecular weights. You can usually find a starch that will be retained and you can usually (except for the very low MWCO membranes) find a starch that will pass through the membrane.

Glucose has a molecular weight of only 180. Only the very very low MWCO membranes will retain glucose.

Potassium iodide in solution is small inorganic ionic material that will pass through the membrane. The iodide may, however, react under some conditions with some membranes.
