Dear Dave,
I will select the membrane (NO.131447). Would you please tell me if there is a kind of closure for No.131447 membrane to clip the end of the tubing in the buffer solution?
Thank you again!

Spectrum recommends the 50 mm wide universal closures. These are supposed to be less likely to tear the tubing. They are described on the web at http://www.spectrapor.com/dialysis/closures.html#universal

I personally prefer the green ones, but you should probably pick whatever color they have in stock.

If you're not in a real big hurry, there are links on that page that you can use to request free samples. It's usually about a week from the time Gene gets your sample request until you get your sample.

I'm not sure of what will interfere with your experiment, but people have also used binder clips (Slit a piece of silicone tubing to put over the jaws and then clamp the tubing with the clip. Don't clamp directly with the metal jaws!) and plastic paper clips. You can also use superglue to seal the ends of the tubing with your sample inside and then cut the bag open to retrieve your sample.

Thanks for visiting.
