I want to know which is the appropriate closures for Spectra/Por 1.

Any of the closures will work with Spectra/Por 1. Just make sure the closure is wider than the flat width of the tubing (but not riduculously wider.

If you don't want to use closures, you can also just tie the ends in knots.
