I would separate free selenium (SeO3) from Selenomethionine and selenocystein. I have a animal food that I put in water, and what I must do and choose to separate these forms of selenium.
The weight molecular of SeO3 is 127 gr/Mole or 127 Dalton (I think is the same value from dalton to Mole) and Se-methionine is 196,1 g/mole - Se-cystein is 168,04 g/mole. Do you think that I use a dialysis tubing to separate this molecules. We have peptides in food, it's possible that we have polypeptides and AA in aqueous solution. What solvent can I take to do separation.

 | For dialysis you generally need a difference of a factor of 10 (or maybe 5) in the molecular weights to get a good separation. You don't have nearly the difference needed to get a good separation so you would not be able to separate these species with dialysis or ultrafiltration.
You may be able to do the separation with wet chemistry (precipitation) or with an ion exchange technique. I don't know enough about organo-seleniums to know for sure which would be the best approach.
