What knid of dialysis membrane matches my sample?

My sample is a mixture of monomer and polymer which the molecular weight arranged from 100,000 to 500, solved in methylene chloride. I am going to cut the molecular weight of 5000 and 1000. Could you help me to choose a dialysis membrane? Thank you!

Because of the methylene chloride solvent, you'll probably have difficulty using a regular cellulosic membrane. You'll probably need something made of pvdf (polyvinylidene fluoride) or PES (polyethersulfone).

I don't know of a PVDF membrane with the small pore sizes you are looking for.

For laboratory use, the only PES membranes seem to be for ultrafiltration so they would only dialyze very slowly, but you may try one of them. (See, for example, http://www.pall.com/catalogs/filterbook/filtron/default.asp).
