Can I autoclave Spectra/Por or Biotech dialysis tubing? Could the tubing be damaged? What if I autoclave it after rising and leave it in water during the autoclaving process?

You may only autoclave the Spectra/Por Standard RC tubing. Membranes may be autoclaved at 121° C for no more than 15 minutes (cycle should be kept as short as possible)immersed in distilled water.
