Please give me advise.

I don't know of any natural cellulose dialysis tubing that has that small an MWCO. Spectrum makes a natural cellulose that has a 1000 (1k) MWCO, it's available in a variety of sizes. It's listed on the web at http://www.spectrapor.com/dialysis/spectra_por_6.html

If you really need a 500 MWCO membrane (and a 1k won't do at all), the only membranes I know of are the cellulose ester membranes. Both sterile and non-sterile membrane are listed at http://www.spectrapor.com/dialysis/CE.html The cellulose ester membranes will be more rigid and altered more easily by acids, bases, and organic solvents, so you'll need to be careful.

If you just need help picking a flat width or diameter, pick one the will give you a convenient length for dealing with your sample. Generally I look for the smallest flat width that doesn't make a sack longer than about 30 cm.

You should choose the CE biotech Cellulose Ester that has a cutoff of 500 daltons.  Check our website for more details.  http://spectrumlabs.com
