dialysis of peptide on dmso using Float-a-lyzer G2rodrigogt2011-05-10Click here to register.
Hi there,
I have a peptide of 700 Da in solution in 10%-20% DMSO. I would like to remove the DMSO for my experiment. Can I use ther Float-a-lyzer G2 at that DMSO concentration? Does the membrane tolerates a different, perhaps lower DMSO concentration? Is there any other membrane compatible with DMSO that could retain the 700 Da peptide?
Thanks in advance,
R

Dear R, DMSO is not recommend with our CE membrane including our Float-A-Lyzer. RC membranes are compatible with DMSO unfortunately we do not have a MWCO low enough to retain your 700Da peptide.

Thanks for visiting.
