I use float a lyzer G2 (300KD) for dialysis of protein (65KD) from protein polymer solution...I am having trouble with integrity of membrane after 36 hours...the tube tends to collapse and i am loosing more than 50% of my sample. I dont know if 1 am actually loosing sample or my just loosing volume. How long can i use the dialysis tube without this problem ?
Also, does spectrum has tubes available with 200KD cutoff that i can use for my applications?

Dear bpk, what buffer are you submerging the G2 in? People have used our float-a-lyzer for upwards of 2 weeks. Spectrum does not offer a 200kD MWCO membrane.

Thanks for visiting.
