Dear responsible,
I want to dialyse and concentrate microparticles delivered from human cells. These microparticles are phospholipids membrane of 0.1-1 um, I have 3 mL of microparticles-glucose solution. I would like to exchange the buffer (remove glucose) and then concentrate the microparticles as much as possible (maybe 100-300 uL). Which device would you recommend me?
I believe Spectra/Por Float-A-Lyzer G2 of 1000kDa (G235062) can be used for concentrating these particles. Do you agree? Do you think they can stick to the membrane and difficult the recovering? How long will 3 mL of volume take to concentrate 10 times? Do you know if somebody has already tried to use your membranes for concentrating microorganisms or other hydrophobic compounds bigger than proteins?
Is it possible to ask for a Spectra/Por Float-A-Lyzer G2 sample (5 mL capacity) or any other device that you would recommend me? I would like to check the yield and confirm that these devices are suitable for the microparticles dialysis and concentration.

G235062 might work for you, after glucose removal were you planning to use our Spectra/Gel to concentrate? We also offer a different product line that might work for you. I can check to see if we have any samples typically we only offer 1ml sample size of our Float-A-Lyzer G2.
