If I want to use the dialysis tubing to remove the the ammonium sulfate solute(300ml) of the liposome suspension(100nm,2ml),what should I choose?I have kown that spectra/Por 2 and 4 are the most popular choices.But I wonder if the diameter of the dialysis tubing matters.So which one is a perfet choise?

Selecting the proper diameter will increase the efficiency of the dialysis process. You can use the dialysis tubing calculator (http://www.spectrumlabs.com/dialysis/dtCalc.html) to help you choose the proper diameter. Retaining the 100nm liposome will not be a problem, the bigger the MWCO the faster the dialysis process.
