How should I decide if I want dry or wet dialysis tubing?

This would mainly be a decision on prepartion time, dry membrane requires soaking in DI water to wet out the membrane, and if either glycerol (dry preservative) or sodium azide (wet preservative) would have negative impact on your sample.
