My protein of intrast M.Wt is 730 kDa (native)contain 3 subunits, its M.Wt is 250, 90, 18 kDa. This protein isolated by density gradiant ultra centrifugation method. In this method we using KBr (M.Wt. 120kDa), Nacl (M.Wt.50kDa). which type of M.Wt Cutoff dialysis tube is suitable for desalting & dialysing of my protein

Spectrum Labs's 300kD CE membrane (131450) work to desalt your sample. The membrane would retain your protein, and would pass the salts. If you have any further question please call our technical service at 310-605-4410.

we already order 100kDa spectra/por flot-A-Lyzer g2, C.No - G235035 (100kDa M.wt cutoff with referance to Dr.Kees Rodenburgh,The Netharland). This product avilable in 12 nos/ pack. If possible to supply 6 nos of 100 kDa and 6 nos in 300kDa tubes.
