Where to get higher MWCO membranesdsl00012009-06-10Click here to register.
I have an issue where I will be experimenting for biotinidase (MW-68kD) to be retained. I cannot find any membranes between 50 and 100 kD MWCO and am looking for 65 or even 60. anyone have any places that I could find these membranes at?

In your case, you should be looking into using our 50kD RC membrane. This is also dependant on what you are separating your biotinidase from. If your dialysate is close in molecular weight to your 68kD molecule, it might be difficult to dialyze your particle.
